Adela was extremely knowledgeable in leading us through the documentation and practical aspects of selling our house.  She was able to put us in contact with responsible inspection and maintenance personnel who were able to update the house’s appearance and prepare it for sale.  Her attention to detail was exceptional. This included selecting carpet, interior paint colors, door replacements, termite control and even installing temporary furniture to enhance the home’s interior. She kept us informed on every detail of the sale with excellent communication skills. Adela’s results exceeded our expectations.
